Shipping & Returns
Smooth Glide Skin wants you to be happy with your purchase and experience with us so we have made returning and refunding products easy.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused product up to thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for a refund, less return shipping costs and a $8.95 return processing and restocking fee.
To obtain a refund, you must return any unused portion of your order, your return must be approved, and the return must be received within forty-five (45) days of the date of delivery. Return processing fees will be deducted from the amount refunded. You will not be refunded the cost to ship the products to you.
The following terms apply for all returned items:
To initiate a refund or exchange, email [email protected] or phone +1 307-475-3374. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and details for shipping.
We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
Send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, in their original condition and with original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms then we may not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return will not be sent back to you.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product.
Once your return is received, it typically takes 10 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend sending all returned items using a delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take up to 30 days before your refund is officially posted depending on your financial institution.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
